Kaman Business Park:
Over the past few years, Kunark has developed a state-of-the art industrial park in Kaman. Here, we have created a number of warehouses which are let to blue-chip companies, both from India and abroad. All of our tenants have chosen and trusted us to provide them with warehouses catered for their every need.

Tenants :

Siddhartha Logistics – Siddhartha is an international logistics company, which has been responsible for the clearance of over $200 million of paintings being imported into India. Siddhartha has a long-term lease to occupy a 25,000 sq ft warehouse on the Business Park.

Kumar Metal Industries - Established in 1939, Kumar Metal is a globally established engineering & manufacturing organisation with a presence in over 30 countries and with more than 500 clients. Kumar has a long-term lease to occupy both warehouse space and open land in the Business Park.

Farrell Engineering Ltd – Farrell is a UK company which has been supplying machine tools internationally for over 30 years. Farrell has two long-term leases with us to occupy over 10,000 sq ft of warehouse space on the park.
